What Type of Program is empowered?

EMPOWERED is a self paced, fully online program, designed for someone to move through the layers within their own time. I contemplated making this a live course but the transformation held within EMPOWERED is so personal, that everyone is going to be on a different timeline, so to honour that - it’s entirely self paced but with the support of a private community throughout. Feel free to complete this over weeks, months or even take the rest of the year to metamorphosis from your chrysalis. This is your journey, move at your own pace.

The information is potent but digestible in bite size chunks, so that it’s super understandable and easily integrate-able. Meet Your Guide
Miriam is a Wife, Mother, Artist and a Women’s Wellness & Empowerment Coach for the past 9+ years.
Her story is one of turning her pain into the powerful ability to help other women - because she’s been there. Over a decade of juggling 3 chronic illnesses & infertility, she set out to balance her hormones in the hope of one day, becoming a mother. Her wellness journey took her on a surprising path of trauma healing, learning just how much she had stored within her body, creating the root cause of most of her symptoms. So what started as a quest for hormonal balance, became a journey that reached the depths of healing all the deepest traumas she had survived. Not only did Miriam end up reversing all 3 of her chronic illnesses, she became a mother to her beautiful miracle daughter and gets to truly live her purpose every day, as a stay at home mum, that gets to serve women through their own Empowered Transformations. Which, after years of studying the sacred arts of Astrology & Numerology, is exactly on point with what she came here for.
